About The Position

Position Overview The Porsche Brand Ambassador is a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering an outstanding client experience while meeting and exceeding sales goals. This position is commission-based and best suited for a motivated professional who excels in a performance-driven environment and has a passion for luxury automobiles.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in automotive sales
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to structure leasing and financing options
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass MVR and background check
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Nice To Haves
- Current or Prior Porsche experience preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Engage and consult with clients through in-person visits, phone calls, and digital inquiries
- Manage the full sales process — from client qualification to vehicle delivery — with professionalism and integrity
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay current with Porsche product knowledge, certification training, and new model launches
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the prestige of the Porsche brand
- Access to existing clientele and leads provided by the dealership
