Position Overview The Porsche Brand Ambassador is a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering an outstanding client experience while meeting and exceeding sales goals. This position is commission-based and best suited for a motivated professional who excels in a performance-driven environment and has a passion for luxury automobiles.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in automotive sales
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to structure leasing and financing options
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must pass MVR and background check
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Nice To Haves

  • Current or Prior Porsche experience preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Engage and consult with clients through in-person visits, phone calls, and digital inquiries
  • Manage the full sales process — from client qualification to vehicle delivery — with professionalism and integrity
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Stay current with Porsche product knowledge, certification training, and new model launches
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the prestige of the Porsche brand
  • Access to existing clientele and leads provided by the dealership
