Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift 50+ lbs. and remain active for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work up to 10–12 hour shifts, including occasional weekends.
• A can-do attitude and commitment to doing quality work every day.
• No experience required, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support our mission by trimming, cutting, packing, and picking pork products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Drive quality and safety across every step of the production process.
