About The Position

We believe a workplace food program is something employees should love and look forward to every day. It all began in 2011 when a group of office workers at a major logistics company in Chicago had a lunch problem. Nearby options were limited and the team was spending too much time and money traveling around the city to their favorite restaurants. They had an idea: bring Chicago’s local restaurant culture inside the office. That’s when Fooda was born. Fooda pioneered the concept of rotating Popup restaurants inside offices. We now operate in 45 cities and have sold over 100 million meals. Powered by technology and a network of 1500+ restaurants, we feed hungry people at work through a robust platform of food programs located within companies, office buildings, hospitals, schools, distribution centers, and more. You love building relationships with customers and enjoy customer service. You are friendly, high energy and love interacting with other people. You thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. Preferred serving, catering, or bartending experience.

Requirements

US-issued passport or a US-issued permanent residency card
Ability to work Monday-Friday from 9:30am-2:00pm, with some flexibility on both sides of this time frame.
Reliable car.
Must be able to lift to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Serve food from our restaurant partners to client’s employees during a 3-4 hour shift.
Meet restaurant partners at points of entry to load food and transport to Popup site.
Learn Popup menus of various Fooda restaurant partners.
Setup Popup program and ensure all sanitation processes are followed.
Break down station and ensure full cleanliness of client space.
Weekly inventory of cleaning supplies and small wares.
Escalate issues to the on-site Account Manager to keep them informed or help problem solve.
