Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a motivated and engaged Population Health Intern to join our Population Health team for the Fall 2026 internship term. This onsite internship provides hands-on experience in community health, data-driven population health initiatives, and interdisciplinary collaboration within a healthcare system. This opportunity is well-suited for current students or recent graduates pursuing degrees in Public Health, Health Education, Health Promotion, Community Health, or related fields. Preference will be given to candidates completing the internship as part of a degree requirement. This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills and contribute to meaningful community health programs. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply early.
