About The Position
The Population Health Analyst will work under the Senior Director of Quality and Performance Improvement to design and implement clinical and financial analyses aimed at enhancing patient care and achieving strategic business objectives. This role emphasizes a data-driven approach to support Quality and Performance Improvement initiatives and guide population health efforts in Ambulatory Care.
