Requirements

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable around dogs of all sizes
• Physically able to walk, bend, lift, and scoop repeatedly
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check
• Hands-on / blue-collar experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with backgrounds in landscaping, delivery, warehouse work, construction, or other field roles tend to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

• Remove dog waste from residential yards and commercial properties
• Complete daily routes assigned by the operations team
• Drive company vehicles or approved personal vehicles
• Use a mobile app for routing and job tracking
• Communicate professionally with customers when needed
• Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and equipment
