Poolside F&B Attendant - Tahiti Village

ROLE Primarily responsible for taking guest orders and serving food and beverages at Olioli, an outdoor poolside outlet offering Dole Whip, made-to-order tacos, and fresh lemonade. This position plays a key role in creating a fun, welcoming guest experience while maintaining accuracy, speed, and food safety standards. The Olioli Cashier works closely with kitchen staff and other team members in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. This position pays an hourly rate plus tips.
Requirements
- Previous cashier or food service experience preferred but not required
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment near a pool
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced setting
- Tier 2 (6 to 12 months) | Tier 3 (1 year and over)
- Tier 2 (6 to 12 months) | Tier 3 (1 year and over)
- Tier 2 (6 to 12 months) | Tier 3 (1 year and over)
- Tier 2 (High School Diploma) | Tier 3 (College)
- Tier 2 (One Certification) | Tier 3 (Two Certifications)
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly, upbeat, and professional manner
- Take and accurately enter guest orders using the POS system
- Prepare and serve Tacos, Dole Whip, fresh lemonade, and other beverages according to restaurant standards
- Communicate food orders clearly and professionally to kitchen staff
- Follow proper LGG check and payment processing procedures
- Reconcile receipts as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service, prep, and guest areas
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-energy, team-oriented environment
