About The Position
Provide and enforce safety at all pool areas.
Requirements
- Must be customer service oriented, professional, respectful and considerate.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Must be able to work any shift, holidays and weekends.
- Must be 15 years old
- American Red Cross Lifeguard Training and American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certification
Responsibilities
- Maintain pool, Jacuzzi and pool deck safety.
- Consistently and fairly enforce all pool regulations.
- Respond to emergencies according to training.
- Maintain high level of guest service, cleanliness and organization.
- Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.
- Move chairs for guests.
- Provide clean towels and dispose of dirty towels without being asked.
- Pay attention to kids, complementing them on their swimming abilities and making them feel welcome.
- Advise guests of all points of interest within the Company and surrounding areas.
