About The Position
We are looking for multiple Pool Technicians and Pool Cleaners to service properties in the Shreveport/Bossier area. This position offers opportunities for growth within the company.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and follow schedules
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in pool maintenance is a plus but not required (training available)
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment (filters, pumps, heaters, etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
