About The Position
What You’ll Be Doing Lead and motivate our waterpark attendants to bring their A-game every day Keep the waterpark safe, clean, and guest-ready (yes, that includes restrooms and locker areas) Help troubleshoot waterpark issues—think of yourself as our safety & fun MVP Monitor the pool area and respond to guest questions or incidents like a pro Conduct quick inspections to keep everything sparkling and safe Assist in scheduling, training, and coaching your crew Who You Are A natural leader with a positive attitude and high energy Loves working with people and can handle guest interactions with a smile Detail-oriented and safety-conscious—you catch hazards before anyone else does Can multitask like a boss while still having fun Loves being outdoors, staying active, and keeping the vibe upbeat
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Basic understanding of pool/waterpark safety and first aid
- Ability to respond to emergencies if needed
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
