Role Description The purpose of the Pool and Spa Technician position is to repair and maintain the aquatic facilities on the resort, including hot tubs in the rental management program. This position will provide outstanding customer service to both our guests and owners. The position requires that the person be able to meet the physical demands of the job. To be successful in this position, you must have the necessary experience and expertise to operate and maintain a very specific and intricate network of pool and spa facilities within the resort to ensure optimal functionality at all times. This position requires a self-starter that does not require micro-management and is able to work with autonomy once job training is complete. This position is part of our maintenance team, which requires the successful candidate to be willing to handle any potential small maintenance jobs that may pop up, as directed by the Director of Property Operations. This position has a proposed schedule of Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm in the winter months and 6:00am - 2:30pm in the summer months, with holidays and flexibility for days/hours based on business levels. Pool & Spa Technicians are classified as full time, earn $22.00/hour and are eligible for company benefits.
