About The Position

No experience? No problem! We provide a paid, structured training program, designed to take you from a beginner to a skilled level 1 pool technician in just 6-8 weeks.

Requirements

• Mechanically Inclined – You enjoy working with your hands and learning how things work.

• Physically Capable – This is an active, outdoor job that requires lifting and bending.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in plumbing, electrical, construction, landscaping, or automotive work is a plus.
• Knowledge of swimming pools or pool maintenance is helpful but not required—we train you!

Responsibilities

• Open and close residential swimming pools.
• Perform routine maintenance, including water chemistry balancing and equipment checks.
• Troubleshoot basic pool system issues.
• Install, clean, and maintain pool filters, pumps, and heaters.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations
• Clean new service vehicles and tools so you are always ready for the job
