About The Position

Requirements

• Positive attitude & team player
• Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs
• Loves working outdoors
• Great communication skills
• Willing to learn
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
• 18+ years old
• Pass background check
• Reliable transportation to/from our office
• Available Mon–Fri (some weekends in peak season)
• Working Cell Phone with data services
• Willingness to work in high outdoor temperatures and/or light rain

Nice To Haves

• Past pool experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain pools: test chemicals, clean, inspect, and troubleshoot
• Deliver excellent service and build great client relationships
• Assist with pool openings/closings and special services
• Service client's personal residence
• Document services performed
• Recommend service needs to keep the client's pool in Tip Top Shape
