Requirements

Positive, upbeat personality with strong guest service skills
Ability to multitask in a high-energy outdoor environment
Comfortable working in warm weather conditions
Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

Serve tropical cocktails, ice-cold beverages, and delicious bites to guests poolside
Deliver fun, attentive, and memorable service with a relaxed island flair
Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool bar areas
Follow all alcohol service and safety guidelines
Work closely with bartenders and team members to keep the good times rolling
Create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel like they’ve escaped to paradise
