About The Position
Serrano Country Club – El Dorado Hills, CA Serrano Country Club is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Pool Servers for the upcoming pool season. This position plays a key role in creating a fun, welcoming, and high-quality poolside dining experience for our members and their guests. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced outdoor environment and providing exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays.
- Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service.
- Must be available weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive food and beverage service to members and guests at the pool.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Monitor poolside seating areas and anticipate member needs to provide proactive service.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and surrounding pool areas.
- Clear and reset tables to maintain an inviting environment.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
- Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
