About The Position

Camaraderie Clubs, a management company started by the Co-Founder and former CEO of Travis Mathew, is looking to redefine the landscape of Country Club Membership for the next generation of Club Member. They own two premier club properties: Spanish Hills Club and The Huntington Club. The company works in a very collaborative team environment where their process culture of "Plan, Communicate, Track, Evaluate & Adjust" is applied to every decision their team makes, so that they can succeed as a team. It's an exciting time to join their clubs and they are currently seeking a Seasonal Pool Server to join their team at Spanish Hills Club.

Requirements

  • Must be able to walk from one place to another inside the property
  • Must have the ability to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry
  • Flexibility of hours must be willing to work all weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to handle outside work environment
  • Basic computer and touch screen
  • Must be able to handle last minute changes in a daily routine
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff
  • Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised
  • Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
  • High school diploma
  • Cocktail Service Experience required

Responsibilities

  • Accurately takes food and beverage orders from guests and promptly records all transactions in Micros system
  • Ensures pool facility and Food and Beverage outlets meet all federal, state, city, county, corporate, and departmental standards, requirements, policies, and regulations
  • Remains up-to-date on Club current events and the details of all Food and Beverage outlets
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of the entire food menu, including allergens and options for guests with dietary restrictions
  • Greet and converse with guests to suggest or receive food and cocktail orders
  • Order and serve food and cocktails to guests according to established guidelines
  • Maintaining established quality standards for timely food and beverage service
  • Conduct basic kitchen duties
  • The ability to present menus and explanations for all menu and beverage items specials of the day
  • Contributes to a professional workplace that maximizes employee morale, productivity and effectiveness
  • Execute other duties not listed above as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager
