About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Pool Server who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate dining experience. The Server is part of a dynamic team that provides award-winning service to our residents and hotel guests. This position reports to the Food and Beverage management team. U.S. work authorization is required for this position.

• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ability to create an outstanding dining experience.
• Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the food server using the hotel's point-of-sales system.
• Check complete orders with the guest's original order.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions.
• Respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Ability to resolve issues that may arise from service or product-related issues.
• Knowledgeable of food menu; ability to describe menu, ingredients, and suggestive sell enhancements.
• Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down of pool deck.
• Experience with name usage and remembering guest's preferences.
• Passionate about making others happy through a spirit of hospitality.
