Provides a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests/owners by consistently monitoring pool and deck activity and enforcing safety rules. Responsible for opening and closing duties, safety checks, and performing first aid care as needed. Other responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the decks and pools and providing information beneficial to guest satisfaction by up selling resort facilities and services. Employee will be responsible for the entire pool side experience for our guests and owners which will include pool side food and beverage service. Must be willing to work as part of the concierge team to exceed all guest/owner expectations. Availability - Weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sundays)

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks as described above.
Ability to be self-directed.
Skill in attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Water safety, guest service or custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare Signature Collection pool deck Opening and Closing
Remove all protective lounge covers
Wipe down all tables and chairs
Stock clean towel credenza
Place Terry lounge seat cover on each lounge
Place Clean rolled towel on each lounge chair
Place Iced Water decanters on countertop, along with cups
Lazy river tubes
Obtain listing of in-house Signature Collection owners and guest
Remove all dirty towels and terry lounge covers
Place protective lounge chair covers on lounges
Stock clean towel credenza
Empty dirty towel bin
Remove Iced Water decanters
Lazy river tubes collected
Greet all arriving Signature Collection Owners and Guest at the gate, providing legendary customer service
Provide Food and Beverage Service to the owners/guest using the Signature Collection pool deck.
Take and deliver orders, upsell and suggestive selling
