Requirements
- Ability to operate or learn to operate a point-of-sale system
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in outdoor dining or al fresco restaurant experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Greeting members and guests and providing an exceptional outdoor dining experience in our Rose Campus
- Being a resource of knowledge about our menu, wines and spirited drinks
- Ensure excellent and prompt food service to members and guests
- Hire, train, supervise, support, schedule and assign daily work to staff
- Support and assist team members in handling member inquiries and requests
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Performs any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor and professional staff
