About The Position

As a Pool Renovations Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the quality of pool renovations while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of all phases of pool renovation, including diagnosing, demoing, and repairing both structural and cosmetic issues in concrete pools. You will work closely with renovation crews and subcontractors to ensure that all work meets our high product quality standards. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and instructing your team effectively, ensuring that they are equipped to achieve the desired outcomes. You will also assist in building new pools, whether they are concrete or vinyl liner, and may be tasked with diagnosing, repairing, and replacing swimming pool equipment during renovations. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining a safe and productive work environment, as you will be expected to enforce company safety policies and procedures. The position requires a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, as you will be the point of contact for clients during the renovation process. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with your team will be vital in ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This is a full-time, seasonal position that may require working outdoors in various weather conditions, and you should be prepared for a physically demanding role that involves lifting and handling heavy materials.
