They are not lifeguards and do not hold any certifications.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Prior experience.
- Occasional travel may be required
Responsibilities
- Pool monitors oversee the pool deck and residents.
- Provide customer service to residents.
- Monitors are responsible for straightening of all pool furniture, helping with trash, enforcing rules, opening and closing duties as well as making sure all forms and supplies are stocked.
- Staff may also be required to sign residents/guests in when needed.
