About The Position
Pool monitors work on the pool deck and help enforce the rules of the facility. They are not lifeguards and do not hold any certifications. Pool monitors oversee the pool deck and residents, provide customer service to residents, and are responsible for straightening all pool furniture, helping with trash, enforcing rules, opening and closing duties, and making sure all forms and supplies are stocked. Staff may also be required to sign residents/guests in when needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Prior experience
- Occasional travel may be required
