About The Position
FRED, a leading real estate development and property management company established in 1985, is seeking Seasonal Pool Monitors for its residential communities throughout the Milwaukee suburbs. This role is designed as an ideal summer job, operating from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The primary responsibility is to ensure the safe use of pool areas by monitoring activities and enforcing pool rules from the perimeter, as this is not a lifeguard position. Requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Someone who is dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the activities and number of pool guests, communicating and enforcing rules of the pool.
- Keep the pool area neat and clean.
- Test the pool pH and water temperature.
- Monitor weather and close the pool during inclement weather.
- Close and secure the pool area at the end of your shift.
