About The Position

The Pool Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pool facility, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. This role includes managing staff, maintaining pool cleanliness, and enforcing safety regulations. The Pool Manager will also be involved in scheduling, budgeting, and planning events at the pool. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this position, as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current lifeguard certification
  • CPR and first aid certification
  • Previous experience in pool management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in recreation management or related field
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Knowledge of pool maintenance and chemical balancing
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
