Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed! WHAT YOU’LL DO? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in pool maintenance and equipment repair. Commercial pool experience, as well as knowledge of chemical feeders and controllers, is a plus. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients’ pools are clean, safe, and operating efficiently. This role requires early morning hours, the ability to work independently, strong time management skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities will include: Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections. Clean and service pools, including skimming, brushing, and vacuuming. Inspect and maintain pool equipment to ensure optimal performance. Test and balance water chemistry to keep pools clean and safe. Use hand tools and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance on pool equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues within pool systems and complete necessary repairs or replacements. Maintain accurate service records and document visits using a company-provided iPad, iPhone, or Android device. Ensure compliance with safety standards while working on-site at various locations. Provide exceptional customer service while professionally representing the Pool Centurion brand. Apply strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • The ability to pass a background check and pre- employment drug test

Nice To Haves
