About The Position
TruBlu Pool Service is seeking dedicated and skilled pool cleaning technicians for full-time positions in Humble, TX. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of professional pool cleaning experience within the last 5 years. This role requires a solid understanding of pool maintenance, including knowledge of pool chemistry and associated equipment. Candidates must be self-starters who enjoy working outdoors year-round and take pride in their work. The position involves working in various weather conditions, including hot environments during summer months, and requires the ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds. A professional appearance and pleasant demeanor are essential, as technicians will interact with clients and must communicate effectively and respectfully. While a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is preferred, the company is willing to train the right candidate in-house. Candidates must possess a valid Texas driver's license, maintain a clean driving record, and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
