Requirements

Proven experience in pool and irrigation system repair and maintenance.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years
Be able to pass a background
Be able to pass a drug screening and physical.
Be comfortable working in the elements.
Enjoys repetitive work
Lift and carry up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair issues with residential and commercial pool systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and chemical feeders.
Maintain and troubleshoot irrigation systems, including sprinkler heads, controllers, valves, and timers.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Install new pool and irrigation equipment according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly to clients.
Keep detailed records of work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
