About The Position
The Pool Host is the first point of contact for guests arriving at the pool deck. This role sets the tone for the experience, managing guest flow, seating, and communication with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
Requirements
- Previous host or guest-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Calm, polished demeanor in high-energy environments
- Ability to stand for extended periods outdoors
- Weekend and holiday availability required
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage pool seating and reservations, if applicable
- Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth guest flow
- Communicate wait times and pool policies clearly and graciously
- Maintain awareness of capacity limits and safety guidelines
- Assist with towel distribution or amenity coordination as needed
- Keep host stand and entry areas clean and organized
