About The Position
Greets members in Implement the Test, Mark, and Protect policy as written for ages 5-12 and data input into Excel. Must be able to enter and exit the pool frequently to administer water competency Meet all JCC standards for professionalism in conduct and appearance at all times. Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude. Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work well with others
- At least 15 years of age and older
