About The Position

As a Pool Fountain Worker at MGM Grand, you will create a vibrant and welcoming poolside experience by delivering friendly, attentive service in a high-energy environment. You will anticipate guest needs, provide timely service, and contribute to a fun, relaxed atmosphere that enhances every guest’s time at the pool. By connecting with guests and understanding what makes their experience special, you will help create memorable moments they carry with them long after their visit.

Requirements

• Is 21+ years of age
• Available to work weekends, holidays or other days based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Take and place orders, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in the work area as applicable
• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the front and back of the house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests
• Pack and complete the order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments
• Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment
• Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in workstations, counters, tables, etc.
• Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify the Supervisor, and or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
