About The Position

Will be responsible for delivering effective instruction in the Horticulture Technology area. Courses may be day or nights and may consist of seated, online or hybrid methods of delivery. Typical classes are not limited to, but might include Landscape Design, Greenhouse Production, Soils & Fertilizers, Nursery Operations, Applied Plant Science and Plant Propagation.

Requirements

• An Associate Degree in Horticulture Technology or related field (e.g., Horticulture Science).
• Verifiable work experience in the field.

Nice To Haves

• A Bachelor's Degree in Horticultural or related field (e.g. Agriculture).
• Teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective instruction in the Horticulture Technology area.
• Teach courses that may include Landscape Design, Greenhouse Production, Soils & Fertilizers, Nursery Operations, Applied Plant Science and Plant Propagation.
• Utilize various methods of course delivery including seated, online, or hybrid.
