About The Position
As a Filter Service Technician , you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and performance of customer pool systems. This role focuses on performing filter services, maintaining equipment functionality, and delivering a high level of customer service while managing your daily service schedule. You will balance hands-on technical work with customer communication and operational responsibility , ensuring that all filter services are completed efficiently, safely, and according to company standards.
Requirements
- Experience cleaning swimming pools
- Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks

Nice To Haves
- Experience repairing pool equipment or performing minor pool system repairs
- Familiarity with pool filter systems and maintenance procedures
- Previous experience in a field service or technical service role

Responsibilities
- Perform Filter Services Conduct thorough and effective filter cleaning and maintenance to ensure optimal pool system performance.
- Provide Accurate Quotes Prepare and communicate quotes for filter services and related work, considering materials, labor, and service requirements.
- Customer Communication Communicate clearly with customers regarding services performed, provide updates when needed, and address questions or concerns professionally.
- Manage Daily Service Schedule Plan and manage your daily route efficiently to maximize productivity and ensure timely service completion.
- Perform Minor Repairs Complete small equipment repairs and minor part replacements when needed to maintain pool system functionality.
- Maintain Truck Stock and Inventory Keep service vehicles organized and fully stocked with necessary tools, parts, and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
