About The Position

Under the direction of the Pool F&B Supervisor, the Pool F&B Expeditor (Expo) serves as the communication hub between the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH). This role is responsible for coordinating orders, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of service to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Requirements

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between FOH staff and the kitchen team
Accurately read, prioritize, and communicate all incoming orders to appropriate kitchen stations
Inspect all dishes for accuracy, presentation, and proper temperature before leaving the kitchen
Ensure all plates meet club standards; return any items that do not meet expectations
Organize and manage the flow of food at the service window to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate timing so all dishes for the same table are completed and served together
Monitor ticket times and communicate with line cooks to maintain efficient pacing of service
Communicate with the Chef or Sous Chef regarding shortages, high-demand items, or prep needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient expo line during service
Support teamwork and maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
