Responsibilities Perform skilled repair and restoration tasks alongside the crew Lead and supervise team members daily Ensure all work follows plans, specifications, and standards Order materials and coordinate deliveries Monitor productivity and overall job progress Train and mentor junior crew members Complete daily reports and communicate site conditions to management Interact professionally with customers and contractors on site Requirements Strong hands-on trade skills (pool construction, repair, concrete, carpentry, or related trades) Previous Foreman or Crew Leader experience required Ability to motivate and hold team members accountable Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Ability to read plans and follow project scope Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience Level Experienced / Seasoned Foreman preferred Travel & Schedule Monday–Friday primary schedule Some overnight travel required for projects as needed Occasional overtime during peak season What We Offer 9 paid holidays Paid vacation and sick time Employer-matched 401(k) Employer-paid life insurance Optional supplemental life insurance Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans Equal Opportunity Employer Statement We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
