About The Position

Pool Scouts of North Dallas & Park Cities is currently seeking Pool Cleaning Technicians to join our dynamic team. No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive on-the-job training. As a trusted member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and cleaning our clients' swimming pools across north Dallas, Park Cities, Lakewood, and southern Plano. Full-time, year-round positions are available, and previous pool experience is not a prerequisite. We'll equip you with the knowledge needed to expertly handle swimming pool equipment and maintenance tasks, including water testing and chemical balancing. Operating a company service vehicle, you'll follow a daily route to our clients' homes, performing essential tasks such as vacuuming, skimming, water chemistry testing, and equipment maintenance. Routes are flexible, offering options for 3, 4, or 5 full days of work per week, Monday through Friday. In addition to competitive pay, we provide health coverage compensation and incentive rewards. Requirements

  • Accustomed to and enjoy working outdoors, in all kinds of Texas weather
  • Customer service mindset: confident, professional, friendly
  • Hard-working with a positive attitude and initiative
  • Reliable to work according to schedule, based on mutual respect amongst the team
  • Some heavy lifting - must be able to lift 50+ lbs
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - company vehicle provided
  • Willing to agree to a background check

Responsibilities

  • Maintain pool cleaning equipment and chemical stock levels in company vehicle
  • Update customer pool records, report any pool issues to management
  • Test water chemistry and add chemicals as needed
  • Vacuum, skim, brush pools and empty pool baskets
  • Other duties as assigned
