Job Overview: The Pool Cleaner is responsible for cleaning, servicing, and maintaining residential and commercial swimming pools. This role also ensures pool areas remain clean, safe, and well-maintained while upholding all pool safety rules and regulations. Pay: $16.37 - $19.23/ Hourly Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
Prior pool service experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods, including in extreme temperatures
Dependable, reliable, responsive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage an assigned weekly pool service route
Perform routine pool maintenance, including testing and balancing water chemistry and adjusting chlorination levels
Clean and backwash filters; brush and vacuum pools; clean tiles; and complete related maintenance tasks
Remove debris from pool surfaces and floors and oversee the general upkeep of pool equipment
Inspect equipment and report service or repair needs as appropriate
Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members to ensure excellent service delivery
Maintain accurate service records and complete required company documentation
Maintain clean, organized job sites and a professional appearance
Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by management
Deliver professional, courteous, and high-quality customer service at all times
