Job Overview: The Pool Cleaner is responsible for cleaning, servicing, and maintaining residential and commercial swimming pools. This role also ensures pool areas remain clean, safe, and well-maintained while upholding all pool safety rules and regulations. Pay: $16.37 - $19.23/ Hourly Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Prior pool service experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods, including in extreme temperatures
  • Dependable, reliable, responsive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned weekly pool service route
  • Perform routine pool maintenance, including testing and balancing water chemistry and adjusting chlorination levels
  • Clean and backwash filters; brush and vacuum pools; clean tiles; and complete related maintenance tasks
  • Remove debris from pool surfaces and floors and oversee the general upkeep of pool equipment
  • Inspect equipment and report service or repair needs as appropriate
  • Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Maintain accurate service records and complete required company documentation
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites and a professional appearance
  • Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by management
  • Deliver professional, courteous, and high-quality customer service at all times
