About The Position

The cashier is responsible for collecting entry fees for Lions Junction Family Water Park and may issue membership passes as needed. This position provides exceptional customer services to the patrons, cashiering duties and assists in working slides during the day. Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. This is a seasonal position.

Requirements

• Completion of two years of High School

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a cashier or related skills
• Experience in a customer service role
• Bilingual in English & Spanish

Responsibilities

• Greets patrons in a prompt, service-oriented manner and adheres to the City's standards for customer service standards
• Provides information about Lions Junction
• Processes customer transactions for pool admittance and pool memberships
• Maintains and balance cash drawer, and processes related reports
• Assists with picking up litter from grounds, checking the restrooms, working concessions
• Ensures facility rules and policies are followed
• Assists with slide dispatch and welcome table duties as needed
• Follows the city policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
