About The Position

Looking for a fun summer job where the days fly by and you work with great people? Baltimore Country Club is hiring Pool Café Attendants to join our Food & Beverage team. You'll work poolside, serve food and drinks, and help create a welcoming, upbeat experience for members and guests all summer long.
With flexible hours, and awesome coworkers, this is a perfect job to build customer service skills and confidence for the future.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years old
• Available from Memorial Day through Labor Day (Required)
• Must have a reliable source of transportation
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in summer weather
• Able to stay organized and work under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from Members and Guests
• Serve food and beverages in a friendly, professional way
• Keep the Café and dining areas clean and organized
• Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines at all times
• Work as part of a fast paced, team oriented environment
• Help create fun, memorable poolside experiences
