About The Position

NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED POOL BUILDERS We are seeking skilled Pool Builders to join our growing team! If you have hands-on experience in pool form work, excavation, rebar installation, and plumbing , we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• Experience in pool construction and/or plumbing preferred.
• Active, valid driver's license.
• Applicants must be motivated, hard working.
• Basic tools necessary.
• Detail oriented and accurate.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, walk, climb and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Must be punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Complete pool form work with accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform excavation for new pool construction
• Install rebar according to structural requirements
• Handle pool plumbing, including pressure testing and layout
• Work collaboratively with the construction team to ensure high-quality builds
• Maintain safety standards and a clean work environment
