About The Position

We are looking for Pool & Beach Attendant to join the re-opening of the famed Delano Miami Beach. Set to open its doors in early 2026, Delano Miami Beach will fuse historic charm with contemporary luxury, reflecting a reimagined experience that pays homage to the original visionary concept. Comprising 171 rooms and distinct food and beverage concepts, the hotel will preserve its iconic walk-in pool and, in addition, unveil a new pool on an amenity deck, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Delano Miami Beach will act as the brand’s flagship location, re-establishing Delano as a trailblazer in luxury lifestyle hospitality. Ennismore, in partnership with Cain International (the owners of Delano Miami Beach as well as partner in the Delano brand), are currently undertaking a significant renovation and redevelopment of the iconic Delano hotel. JOB OVERVIEW: Under the guidance of the Bellini Bar Manager, the Pool and Beach Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience in the pool and beach areas. This role supports the Food and Beverage team by delivering attentive, courteous service while ensuring the pool and beach environments meet brand standards and safety regulations. The Pool and Beach Attendant works closely with other departments to provide a seamless and enjoyable guest experience in outdoor leisure spaces.

Responsibilities

Ensure pool and beach areas are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with necessary amenities such as towels, chairs, umbrellas, and supplies.
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating, service requests, and any inquiries to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Monitor guest safety and compliance with pool and beach rules, reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.
Assist the Bellini Bar team by delivering food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any cleanliness or equipment issues quickly.
Maintain inventory levels of pool and beach supplies and communicate restocking needs to management.
Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with hotel policies and regulatory requirements.
Respond promptly and effectively to guest feedback and concerns, ensuring positive resolutions.
Assist in setting up and breaking down pool and beach events or activities as required.
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance service quality and personal development.
Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service.
We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to, on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.
