About The Position

As a Pool & Beach Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring a welcoming, clean, and relaxing pool and beach environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are service-driven, and take pride in creating elevated guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, or customer service preferred
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
• Team-oriented attitude with a passion for service excellence

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating, towels, umbrellas, and lounge chairs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool and beach areas throughout the day
• Set up and break down pool and beach furniture according to daily operations
• Monitor guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their experience
• Ensure towels and amenities are properly stocked and refreshed
• Follow all safety, health, and resort policies at all times
• Collaborate with lifeguards, recreation, and food & beverage teams to support seamless service
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
