About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a full-time Pool/Beach Attendant to join our exciting Recreation/Pool & Beach Team. The role involves greeting guests, providing them with water, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool, and ensuring a cheerful and polite demeanor throughout the day. The Pool/Beach Attendant will respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Additionally, the attendant will maintain the pool area in an orderly and clean manner, work alongside the server team, and fulfill guest requests to enhance their experience at the resort.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills.
• Ability to read and speak English while communicating clearly and efficiently.

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in outside conditions year-round.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide them with water, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool.
• Provide guest services throughout the day with a cheerful and polite demeanor.
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• Provide guests with water service, towels, daily amenity passes, and assistance with seating arrangements.
• Organize and execute poolside activation stations.
• Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipate guest needs.
• Work alongside our server team to clear plates, cups, napkins, and silverware from guest seating areas.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, third party employees, leadership, and outside contacts.
• Pick-up and deliver towels/towel bins to and from the laundry and pool.
• Maintain the pool area in an orderly and clean manner.
