About The Position

The Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Pool and Beach Attendant-Part Time is responsible for the overall cleanliness, sanitization, and hosting guest experiences at the pools and surrounding areas. This role provides exceptional service that differentiates us from the competition.

Requirements

• High School graduate.
• Ability to speak English and Spanish.
• One to two years in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand.
• Pool Attendant experience in related field preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Exceptional personality and hospitality-driven attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall cleanliness and sanitization of the pools and surrounding areas.
• Host guest experiences at the pools.
• Provide exceptional service to guests.
