The position will assess the guest’s needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. Offer guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Anticipate and service of guests' requirements before requests are necessary.

  • 1-2 years food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience.
  • Reading and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Ability to work all shifts including AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge.
  • Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
  • Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
