Requirements

Minimum age of 16
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous customer service experience preferred, with private club experience a bonus
Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
Proficiency in data entry and reservation systems
Positive attitude and high energy

Responsibilities

Warmly greet members and manage pool reservations
Ensure accurate reservation management and communication with members
Maintain pool equipment and set up poolside amenities
Assist members with pool supplies and amenities
Maintain cleanliness and safety of pool area and facilities
Attend staff meetings and communicate effectively with team members and management
