About The Position
Our property management company is seeking a dependable and professional Pool Monitor to support the smooth operation of our residential community’s pool area during the summer season. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly, approachable demeanor to help foster a positive experience for all residents and guests. This position plays an important role in maintaining a welcoming and well-regulated environment by ensuring that pool rules are followed and assisting with general oversight of the facility. This is a temporary, part-time position that will conclude the weekend after Labor Day. If you are responsible, courteous, and enjoy working in a community-focused setting, we invite you to apply.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Knowledge of the property's pool rules and regulations
- Must be able to work various shifts and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Previous Pool Attendant experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Open and/or close the pool
- Greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to provide exceptional customer care
- Monitor guests, and the pool area and enforce the rules and regulations
- Set up and organize the pool deck furniture throughout the shift
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire pool area, including restrooms
- Promptly report any damages, incidents, or accidents to the Community Manager
