About The Position

As a Seasonal Pool Attendant, you would be responsible for ensuring the hotel guests on the pool deck follow safety procedures in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities

Greet each guest with a friendly warm acknowledgment.
Collect and replenish pool towels and monitor inventory to minimize loss while ensuring towels are stocked and dirty towels are removed.
Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, including information about resort services, activities, and local attractions.
Maintain cleanliness of work area in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards.
Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety.
Perform general duties, as needed.
