About The Position
We are a private club dedicated to creating a resort-style experience for our members and guests. This role involves daily interaction with members while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the pool, spa, courts, and playground areas.
Requirements
- Energetic, reliable, and hospitality-driven individuals who enjoy working outdoors and engaging with members.
- Must be flexible, team-oriented, and available weekends/holidays.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain pool(s) and spa (brushing, skimming)
- Sweep decks; keep furniture clean and organized
- Greet members and provide excellent service
- Offer Café Splash menus (as assigned)
- Provide pool toys and assist families
- Help with event and holiday setup/breakdown
- Monitor safety (no unattended children; no underage spa use)
- Check on courts and locker rooms
- Complete daily logs and assist with other duties as needed
