About The Position

The starting pay for this posistion is $14.00 per hour. The primary responsibility of an Attendant is to enforce the Client’s membership-usage policies, which includes verifying if patrons are members of the community and in good standing with regards to the HOA dues. Attendants will be provided a membership list. The only time a non-resident should be allowed access to the pool is when they are a guest of a resident. Must have reliable transportation. In addition to monitoring the facility’s entrance, Attendants are responsible for performing secondary duties such as the opening and closing tasks, checking pool chemicals, cleaning the deck area, removing debris from pool area, removing trash, straightening furniture, and raising/lowering umbrellas when appropriate. Work Schedule and Location This is a seasonal position that takes place during the summer months. Your work schedule is based on your availability. When you are hired, you will submit your availability, indicating any days that you are not able to work. You will also include whether you want to work Part-Time (10-20 hours per week) or Full-Time (20-40 hours per week). SPMC uses an online portal for scheduling that makes it easy to check anytime. Compensation & Bonuses SPMC offers competitive pay, performance-based bonuses, overtime pay, and holiday pay. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour. Minimum age: 14 years Attendants do not have to have a Lifeguard certification. Attendants shall not enforce any lifeguarding or other safety rules.
