Your Journey Ensure the pool area is kept clean, organized, and stocked at all times Provide exceptional customer service to guests by greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and assisting with towels and water Complete the set up and break down of all service cabanas as designated by management Perform walk through of the pool area monitoring and cleaning pool decks, furniture, and restrooms to ensure an impeccable and inviting environment Set up and arrange pool furniture, umbrellas, and other amenities to enhance guest comfort and enjoyment Promote poolside amenities and services, such as food and beverage offerings, cabana rentals, and poolside entertainment Collaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage, recreation, and guest services, to ensure seamless guest experiences Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties, based on business needs About You You love the sun and being outdoors by the pool You are passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable moments You are open to learning, developing, and growing both yourself, personally, and helping others do the same You are trustworthy and have integrity

Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Team oriented
Basic communication skills
Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis

Responsibilities

Ensure the pool area is kept clean, organized, and stocked at all times
Provide exceptional customer service to guests by greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and assisting with towels and water
Complete the set up and break down of all service cabanas as designated by management
Perform walk through of the pool area monitoring and cleaning pool decks, furniture, and restrooms to ensure an impeccable and inviting environment
Set up and arrange pool furniture, umbrellas, and other amenities to enhance guest comfort and enjoyment
Promote poolside amenities and services, such as food and beverage offerings, cabana rentals, and poolside entertainment
